Preamble

By placing an order the Customer accepts the present General Sales Terms which they have read and understood.
Moreover, it is hereby noted that the photos of this site are not contractual

Prices

Our bottles 75cl are sold in cases of 6. Prices are billed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of all taxes, carriage paid for any order above 48 bottles delivered at a sole address in Metropolitan France only.
The prices shown for all the products are set on the basis of rates in force since 01/01/2005.
Discounts: the different discounts we can allow are shown in the order form.
Promotional offers: our different promotional offers may not be claimed at the same time and do not carry any additional discount

Delivery

Delivery shall be carried out by a carrier at the address shown by the Customer when ordering (or by a delivery note if the Customer is absent when delivery is made).
Deadlines: allow a minimum of 10 days in the limits of the available stocks.
The period of time allowed for delivery as given to the Customer is an indication only and may vary according to the destination; the order cannot be cancelled or compensated if this deadline is not respected.

Any complain (item missing, faulty item, damage) must be set out on the consignment note given by the delivery man when you receive the parcel. This complaint must be made in writing within 48 hours of the delivery date. Should the responsibility lies with us, the products will be either refunded to you or exchanged as soon as possible.

Payment

Delivery shall be carried out once the order has been validated and the full payment made by cheque payable to SARL LA COLOMBARIE.

Penalties

In the event of an outstanding payment at the expiry date, the Customer will be charged a 1.5% interest due a month, until full payment of the order.

Ownership

We shall retain title to and ownership of the goods until we have received payment in full of all sums due for all goods supplied to the Customer.

Legal proceedings

In the event of litigation, only the Court in Lorient shall be competent.
